摘要
有色金属冶炼业伴生有大量固废渣,如果在厂内对固废进行合理处置,回收有价金属的同时实现固废的减量化和无害化,对于提高企业经济效益和环境效益具有明显的好处。以某铜冶炼企业处理铜铋渣为例,分析了污染物产生节点的分布及相应的污染排放特征,并对浆化过程、加压浸出过程、过滤中和过程等处理过程的污染控制进行了说明。
Non-ferrous metal smelting industry is associated with a large number of solid waste slag. If solid waste is reasonamy disposed in the plant, and reduction and harmless of solid waste are realized with the recovery of valuable metals, which have obvious advantages to improve the economic benefits of enterprise and environmental benefits. Taking treatment of copper-bismuth s-ag as an example, the paper analyzes the distribution of pollutant generation and the corresponding pollutant emission characteristics, and describes the pollution control from the slurry process, pressure leaching process and filtration & neutralization process.
