摘要
对高校管理人员进行问卷调查,运用SmartPLS3.0软件进行结构方程模型建模分析,研究表明:廉政教育信念、感知有用性均显著正向影响高校管理人员的廉政教育满意度;廉政教育信念显著正向影响参与意愿,感知有用性未直接显著正向影响参与意愿;廉政教育满意度在廉政教育信念和参与意愿之间、在廉政教育感知有用性和参与意愿之间中介作用不显著。
A questionnaire survey was conducted on university administrators, and then a structural equation model was established and analyzed with SmartPLS3.0 software. The result showed that anti-corruption education belief significantly exerts positive influenceson the anti-corruption education satisfaction and the willingness of participation on the part of university administrators. Perceived usefulness does not significantly have positive influenceson the willingness of participation directly. Satisfaction does not significantly mediate the relation between anti-corruption education belief and anti-corruption education participation. At the same time, satisfaction does not significantly mediate the relation between anti-corruption education's perceived usefulness and participation. Some suggestions were put forward on improving anti-corruption education of university administrators.
