海底管道在波流联合作用下的冲刷启动研究 被引量:2

摘要 海底管道作为海上石油天然气开发中的一个组成部分,担负着输送石油天然气的重要作用,但海底管道由于冲刷而引起的事故时有发生,故需研究海管管道冲刷启动发生原因及判断海底管道何时会发生冲刷,从而采取针对性的预防措施。本文从海底管道冲刷机理入手,明确了海床发生冲刷条件:实际海底底床切应力大于临界切应力时,海床发生冲刷,相反则不会发生冲刷;接下去又研究了波流联合作用下对海底管道海床的剪切力和不同底质海床抗冲刷强度,通过切应力与海床抗冲刷强度比较,从而判断海床是否发生冲刷启动。最后,通过印尼某海域实际工程案例验证该方法,证明该方法判断冲刷启动可行,也为以后的工程应用提供参考。 During the development of offshore petroleum and natural gas,submarine pipeline plays an important role in the transportation of petroleum and natural gas.Since the scour of subsea pipeline often results in accidents,the scouring time and causes have to be studied so as to take targeted countermeasures.In accordance with the scouring mechanism of subsea pipeline,the seabed scouring conditions can be determined as follows.The seabed will be scoured in the case of actual seabed shear stress greater than its critical value,or it will not happen.In addition,a further study is made for the shearing force on the seabed where subsea pipeline is laid on and the anti-scouring intensity of the seabed with different bottom soil under the combination action of wave and current.To compare the shearing force with the erosion resistance of seabed determines whether or not the seabed will be scoured.Finally,an Indonesia maritime project is used to prove the feasibility of the above method,which will provide a reference for the engineering application in future.
