摘要 针对油田三相流问题,研制了一种新型产出剖面三相流组合测井仪,介绍了仪器的总体结构和测量原理,建立了仪器在三相流条件下的持气率和含水率响应曲线。持气率实验表明持气率传感器对油气水中的气体反映敏感,在一定流量范围内持气率响应与标准含气率具有确定的对应关系;含水率实验表明井下产气影响含水率测量结果,三相流含水率测量需要通过持气率测量校正。实验和现场应用证明组合仪一次下井可以完成流量、持气率和含水率的测量,通过综合解释可提高测井资料的准确性,为产出剖面三相流测量提供了新的方法和技术支持。 For oil three-phase flow problem,a production profile of three-phase flow combination logging tool was developed,and the overall structure and measuring principle of the instrument were introduced. The gas-water ratio response curve was built under the three-phase flow conditions. Gas holdup experiments showed that gas holdup sensor for oil gas water gas sensitive within the scope of certain flow gas holdup response and standard gas rate has determined the relationship; The experimental water content showed that underground gas production effect of water cut measurement,three-phase flow water cut measurement needs through the gas holdup measurement of correction. Experiments and field application proved that the combination instrument can complete the measurement of flow,gas-water ratio in one down. The comprehensive interpretation can improve the accuracy of well logging data,and the instrument provides a new method and technical support for the measurement of three-phase flow output.
