摘要
文化是社会进步和发展的标志,是社会文明的尺度。文化历来有先进和落后之分,只有先进文化,才是推动历史前进的动力。先进文化的现代表现:(1)市场文化;(2)知识文化:(3)开放文化;(4)创新文化。先进文化的实现对策:(1)普及国民教育;(2)提高知识水平;(3)保持民族特色;(4)改造传统文化;(5)扩大文化交流。传统文化仍将在历史的长河中延续,但真正改造世界的物质力量则是先进的现代文化。
Abstract:Culture is a sign of social progress and yardstick of civilization.Cultures are divided into advanced ones and backward ones,and advanced cultures are the motive force of the advarcement of histry.The modern expression of advanced cultures mainly include:(1)market culture;(2)Knowl-edge culture;(3)opening culture;(4)innovation culture.The way to accom plish advanced culture include:(1)making national education universa e;(2)raising the standard of knowledge;(3)pre-serving national characteristics;(4)remaking traditional culture;(5)expanding cultural communica-tion.The traditional culture will be still continuing,but modern advnced culture is really a material force of remoulding world.
