摘要
宁波市镇海区某办公楼为高层框架结构,裙房平面不规则,存在局部框架梁转换。结构设计时通过设置抗震缝的办法解决平面不规则。对部分大跨度转换梁采用预应力混凝土梁控制其挠度和裂缝。基础设计时,采用提前试桩确定本工程的桩极限承载力,底板采用梁板式,简述该办公楼的设计过程和分析结果。
An office building in Zhenhai District of Ningbo city high-rise frame structure, podium irregular plane frame beam, the existence of local transformation.Structural design by setting the seismic gap approach to solve the irregular plane.The deflection and crack of the prestressed concrete beam is used to control the part of the large span transfer beam.Based on the foundation design, the pile ultimate bearing capacity of the project is determined by the advanced test piles.This paper briefly describes the design process and analysis results of the office building.
