摘要
随着标准化工作改革的深入开展,还处于政府标准化主管部门的审查或确认之中的企业标准化良好行为、采用国际标准标志审查工作,显然成了改革的方向。本文就标准化改革大背景下,对"企业采用国际标准标志审查和企业标准化良好行为确认自我声明公开改革的可行性"展开研究,就使用采用国际标准标志和企业标准化良好行为的确认的行政许可性、改革的必要性、采用国际标准的重要性和自我声明公开改革设想及改革后监督管理进行了探讨,并提出对策。
With the ongoing standardization work reform, the enterprise standardization good practice and the international standard label still under the examination of the administrative department for standardization have gradually become the trend of reform. This paper carries out research on the feasibility of self-declaration and disclosure of enterprise standard with international standard label examination and standardization good practice determination, discusses the administrative approval for the two methods, the necessity for enterprise standardization reform, the importance of international standards and the constructive ideas and supervision for the self-declaration and disclosure of enterprise standard with related countermeasures.
