摘要
疏散通道防烟送风系统的有效性是隧道内人员能安全疏散的重要保证。为了检验疏散通道加压送风系统的有效性,采用现场测试的方法对某典型盾构隧道进行研究。针对加压送风系统中存在的问题,提出了优化加压送风口设置的方案,并采用CFD软件对优化后的方案进行仿真模拟。由模拟结果可知,优化后系统漏风量由40%降低为15%。为解决目前车道板底部空间设置1道中隔墙的弊端,采用设置2道中隔墙的方式,使其形成封闭的滑梯间和独立的疏散通道,进一步提高系统的安全性。
The effectiveness of smoke discharge and air supply of evacuation gallery are the keys to personnel safety.Field test is carried out to verify the effectiveness of pressurized air supply system of evacuation gallery of a typical shield tunnel. The optimized scheme of arrangement of pressurized air supply vents is proposed; the false air volume is reduced by 25%; and the optimized scheme is simulated by CFD software. Two separation walls are set on bottom of roadway,so as to form closed slide room and independent evacuation gallery and further improve the safety of the system.
