摘要
对左/右顶盖外板冲压工艺进行了详细分析,并利用有限元软件对其成形过程进行了模拟分析,提前规避了开裂、起皱、回弹等成形性问题。以模拟分析结果指导现场模具调试,最终获得各项检测尺寸合格的冲压件。
The stamping processes of right and left roof plate are analyzed detailely.In order to avoid the formability problems such as craze, wrinkle and springback, software of finite element analysis has been used to simulate the forming process.The simulation results guide the fieht bebugging of the dies and the indexes of roofs are satisfied finally.
