摘要
以2-溴代苯乙酮和取代苯硫酚为起始原料合成了18个2-烷氧基-2-苯基乙硫醚类化合物,所合成的化合物结构均通过核磁共振氢谱与质谱进行确证,并测定了该类化合物对大豆胞囊线虫的杀灭活性。结果表明,合成的18个化合物中,有8个化合物对大豆胞囊线虫(Heterodera glycines)表现出较好的杀灭活性,其中化合物4-1、4-2、4-6、4-16和4-17在72 h下致死率可达到100%,表现出较好的杀线活性。
Eighteen 2-alkoxy-2-phenylethylsulfide compounds were synthesized from 2-bromoacetophenone and substituted thiophenol. Furthermore, the chemical structures of synthesized compounds were confirmed based on 1H-NMR and GC-MS, and the nematicidal activity on Heterodera glycines were determined. The resuh showed that,8 compounds showed strong ne- maticidal activity against Heterodera glycineslchinohe in all 18 compounds. In which compounds of 4-1,4-2,4-6,4-16,4-17 had the fatality rate of 100% in 72h,showed better nematicidal activity.
