摘要
为5种作物安全施用芽前除草剂提供参考,采用室内发芽试验研究不同浓度二甲戊灵乳油和2,4-滴丁酯乳油对小麦、玉米、大豆、绿豆和花生5种作物种子萌发的影响。结果表明:不同浓度33%二甲戊灵乳油和72%2,4-滴丁酯乳油对5种作物种子的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数均存在不同程度影响。当5种作物在大田施用浓度分别为330.0mg/L的33%二甲戊灵和72.0mg/L的72%2,4-滴丁酯时,可保证其种子正常发芽、幼苗安全生长,且对5种作物种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数有促进作用,超过此浓度则发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数降低。
In order to provide references for safe use of pre-emergence herbicides, a indoor germination test was conducted to evaluate the security of two kinds of commonly used pre-emergence herbicides on five kinds of crop seeds (wheat, corn, soybean, mung bean and peanut). Results: The effects of 33% pendimethalin and 72% 2,4-D butylate on germination rate, germination vigor and germination index of the five kinds of crop seeds varied with the concentration. 330 mg/L 33% pendimethalin and 72.0 mg/L 72% 2,4-D butylate were optimum for seeds germination and seedling growth, and they promoted the germination rate, germination vigor and germination index, while decreased when the concentration getting higher.
