两种不同烟气余热利用方式对机组效率的影响浅析 被引量:1

摘要 电站燃煤锅炉排烟损失较大,热量利用潜力巨大。针对某350MW超临界机组,为充分利用烟气余热,利用非金属换热元件将烟气温度降至烟气酸露点以下。本文分析了新型余热利用系统的特点,即通过低温省煤器和暖风器,利用热媒水为中间介质,实现空气预热器出口烟气加热冷一、二次风,旁通一部分进入预热器的烟气加热电站回热系统中的给水及凝结水。对比传统烟气直接加热凝结水的烟气余热利用系统,可以看出新型余热利用系统节省了高能级汽轮机抽汽,机组做功能力提高,机组节能效益更加明显。 The coal-fired boiler flue gas of the power station has a large heat loss which has great potential for utilization. In order to make full use of the waste heat of the flue gas, the non-metallic heat exchanger is used to reduce the flue gas temperature to below the acid dew point of the flue gas for someone 350MW supercritical unit. A new type of waste heat utilization system is proposed, using water as heat transfer medium in the low temperature economizer and air preheater, the prime and second cold air are heated by flue gas of airheater outlet, a part of airheater inlet flue gas is by- passed to heat the feed water and condensate water of the regenerative system. Comparing the traditional waste heat utilization system which is to heat condensate water, the more high energy turbine exhaust steam is saved for new type of waste heat utilization system, the working ability of unit is improved and unit energy saving effect has a marked improvement.
