摘要
江泽民同志在中央纪委第七次全会上发表的重要讲话中 ,对干部队伍建设的极端重要性做了深刻的阐述。组织部门作为党委主管干部工作的重要职能部门 ,必须深刻认识做好选人用人工作的重要意义 ,切实增强使命感、责任感和紧迫感 ;必须进一步明确“德”与“才”的时代内涵 ,坚持德才兼备的选人用人标准 ,做到任人唯贤、知人善任 ;必须进一步深化干部制度改革 ,建立起科学完善的选人用人机制 。
In the seventh plenary session of the CCDI, JIANG Zemin set forth the importance of construction of cadre troops. Organization departments as an important function department must realize deeply the important significance of the work, heighten sense of mission, sense of responsibility, sense of urgency, must clear further the intension of the day of 'virtue' and 'ability', consist on the standard of selecting cadres and use cadres of having both ability and political integrity, achieve appointing people on their merits, knowing one's subordinates well enough to assign them jobs commensurate with their ability, must deepen further reform of cadres system, build up scientific and good mechanism of selecting cadres and use cadres, to create good environment for excellent talented persons.
