摘要
以兜唇石斛[Dendrobium aphyllum(Rohb.)C.E.Fishcher]试管苗为材料,探讨在不同浓度NaCl胁迫下,不同浓度外源GABA对兜唇石斛组培苗生长的影响,通过测定兜唇石斛组培苗叶片中的脯氨酸含量来确定外源GABA对盐胁迫的缓解效应。结果表明,在相同浓度的NaCl胁迫下,加入GABA可明显提高兜唇石斛组培苗中的脯氨酸含量,说明外源GABA对兜唇石斛组培苗盐胁迫有明显的缓解效应,且缓解效果最佳的外源GABA浓度为7 mmol/L。
The seedlings of Dendrobium aphyllum(Rohb.)C.E.Fishcher were used as materials to study the different concentrations of NaCl stress,effects of different concentrations of exogenous GABA on the growth of Dendrobium aphyllum(Rohb.)C.E.Fishcher plantlets.The rusults showed that the content of the proline from seedlings in leaves of Dendrobium aphyllum(Rohb.)C.E.Fishcher would determine exogenous GABA on salt stress relieving effects.Finally,in the same concentration of NaCl stress conditions,exogenous GABA would significantly improve the proline content in Dendrobium aphyllum(Rohb.)C.E.Fishcher seedlings.And the optimal concentration of exogenous GABA was 7 mmol/L.
