摘要
低位前切除综合征在临床上并不罕见,多发于直肠癌低位前切除术后,临床表现为大便失禁、便急、排便困难以及便频等,可对患者的身心健康造成较大的影响。经肛门灌洗疗法是一种比较新型的治疗手段,目前已在低位前切除综合征中有较广泛的应用,且也取得了一定的治疗成果,既可改善患者生命质量,又能防止永久性肠造口。
