摘要
用共沉淀法制备Cu/ZnO-Al_2O_3/La_2O_3-ZrO_2催化剂,并向其中添加不同分子筛.对比发现,Cu/ZnO-Al_2O_3/La_2O_3-ZrO_2/HZSM5催化剂的催化活性是最高的.在催化剂使用量为1.0g、反应温度为230℃、反应压力为1.0MPa的条件下,甲醇的转化率达到8.99%,碳酸二甲酯的选择性为88.33%.
Catalyst Cu/ZnO- Al2O3 -La2O3 -ZrO2 added different molecular sieves were prepared by coprecipitation method in this paper. Through comparing catalysts, it showed that the catalytic activity of Cu/ ZnO - Al2O3/La2O3 - ZrOE/HZSM - 5 was the best of these three catalysts. The reaction conditions are as follows: the reaction temperature is 230℃, catalyst dosage was 1.0 g, reaction pressure was 1, 0MPa. Under the reaction conditions, to Cu/ZnO -Al2o3/LaO3 -ZarO2/HZSM -5 as catalyst. The conversion rate of methanol can reach 8.99%, and the selectivity of DMC is 88.33%.
