摘要
为解决供应链运作过程中不确定性引起的系统波动,对不确定时滞扰动的线性离散供应链系统进行研究。构建网络化制造(Networked Manufacturing,NM)模式下供应链三层系统动态模型,采用Lyapunov函数和线性矩阵不等式(LMI),对输入控制变量生产和订货量、状态变量库存以及系统成本输出实施H_∞鲁棒控制策略;通过反馈控制器uk设计,有效抑制供应链系统时滞τ和不确定需求干扰dk,实现供应链系统鲁棒镇定。最后,实例分析结果表明,在抑制率为γ时,本文提出的鲁棒控制策略可以使供应链系统稳定运行。
In order to solve the system instability caused by uncertainty during supply chain operation,we research uncertain linear discrete supply chain system with time-delay.A three-tier dynamic supply chain model is built based on networked manufacturing.By applying Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequality(LMI),we implement H∞robust control for input control variables-product and order,and state variable-inventory.Through feedback controller ukdesign,it can inhibit time-delayτand uncertain demand interference dkeffectively.The real case analysis results show that our presented robust control strategy can enable sub-supply chain system and global supply chain system stable operation with inhibitionγ.
