摘要
技术标准的路径依赖和路径突破对产业技术轨道演化和产业结构升级产生重要作用。本文从产业创新体系的技术性、经济性、社会性三个方面分析技术标准路径演化驱动因素,提出技术标准路径演化的TES作用机制理论。分析产业创新网络结构嵌入性影响技术标准的路径依赖和路径突破的TES作用机制。采用时间序列分析法和误差修正模型对产业创新网络结构嵌入性与技术标准的路径依赖和路径突破的相关性进行实证研究。研究结果表明产业创新网络的网络密度增强产业创新体系中技术性、经济性、社会性自我强化机制,与技术标准的路径依赖正相关;产业创新网络的网络规模和小世界性增强产业创新体系中的技术性、经济性、社会性失衡与变异,与技术标准的路径突破正相关。
Path dependence and break-out of technical standards are essential for the evolution of industrial technological trajectory. This paper proposes a TES theory to explain the trajectory evolution of technical standards from the technical, economic, and social aspects of the industrial innovation systems. The impact of the embeddedness of industrial innovation networks on path dependence and path break-out of technical standards through TES mechanisms is studied. Time-series methods and ECM models are deployed to analyze the correlation between the embeddedness of industrial innovation networks and the path dependence and break-out of technical standards. Empirical results indicate that the density of industrial innovation networks enhances the technical, economic, and social self-reinforcement mechanism of the industrial innovation system, and is positively associated with path-dependence of technical-standards. The network scale and the degree of small-world phenomenon stimulate the disequilibrium and variation of the industrial innovation system, and are positively associated with the path break-out of technical-standard.
