摘要
由于青藏铁路格拉段 (二期工程 )所在地青藏高原生态环境的脆弱性和特殊性 ,青藏铁路的修建可能会引发某些环境问题 .为了探讨如何减少青藏铁路对青藏高原生态负面影响 ,北京林业大学科学探险与野外生存协会 (山诺会 ) 2 0 0 1“走近可可西里”暑期科考队进行实地调查后认为 :在生态系统十分脆弱的青藏高原腹地修建铁路 ,可能会对当地的植被、江河源头水质、冻土层及野生动物等产生负面影响 .笔者建议设计构筑野生动物通道 ,施工时实行环境监理制度 ,采取相应措施保护地表植被、水源以及冻土稳定性 。
The construction of Qinghai Tibet Railway may bring about certain environmental problems because of the fragility and speciality of the ecological surroundings of Qinghai Tibet Plateau,the place where Gormu Lhasa Section is located.To reduce as much as possible the negative impact of the Railway upon the ecology of the plateau,the author members of SENOL(The Scientific Exploration and Outdoor Life Society of Beijing Forestry University),after conducting a field survey and an analysis,comes up with the following observations:constructing a railway in the hinterland of the plateau,with serious eco environmental problems currently,probably lay negative influence on the local vegetation,water sources,frozen soil,wild animals,and so forth;the solutions lie in devising passes for wild animals in its designing,taking relevant measures to protect the vegetation,water sources and the stability of frozen soil in construction,and carrying out reasonable management system of platforms in operation.
