摘要
教学管理始终是高校专业发展水平的重要保证。与其他专业相比,艺术类专业具有特殊性,其管理在遵循教育规律的同时需体现艺术教育的特点。本文以某职技高师艺术类专业教学管理为研究对象,分析艺术类专业教学管理存在的问题并提出优化策略。
Teaching management is an important guarantee of developmental level of university specialties. Compared with other specialties, the management of arts specialty has its own distinctive features while following universal educational laws. In the paper, an analysis was made over certain problems in the teaching management of the specialty followed by some strategies of optimization by taking the arts specialty in a vocational teachers＇ college for example.
