摘要
"一带一路"战略为新疆带来了重大发展机遇,尤其是新疆与边境国家的经济贸易往来。贸易往来需要交流,而交流中最直接的就是语言交流。本文在"一带一路"这个大背景下,由中哈两国往来的层面上,阐述了汉哈语言互通的重要性以及显著成果。语言作为一种工具,是联系中哈两国最直接的桥梁。语言更是一种资源,两种语言的共存与交互使用可以更好地促进中哈两国的友好往来。加强汉哈语言能力以及培养汉哈双语人才是实现汉哈语言互通的重要途径。科学规划哈萨克语教育,是高校一项非常重要的任务。
The ＂one-way-all-the-way＂ strategy has brought great development opportunities for Xinjiang, especially the economic trades between some regions and border countries in Xinjiang. Trade exchanges need communication, and the most direct communication is the language. This paper expounds the importance of language intercommunication between China and Kazakhstan and its remarkable achievements in the context of ＂all the way along the road＂. Language, as a tool, is the most direct bridge between China and Kazakhstan. Language is a resource, and the coexistence of two languages and the interaction can be used to better promote the friendly exchanges between China and Kazakhstan. It is an important way to realize the language intercommunication between Han and Kazakhstan by strengthening the language ability and cultivating bilingual talents. Scientific planning Kazakh language education is a very important task of colleges and universities.
