摘要
紧张心理是钢琴演奏时经常出现的一种心理状态,这种心理状态限制了演奏者正常演奏能力的发挥,给演奏造成了消极的影响。运用归因理论对影响紧张状态出现的因素进行分析,提出克服紧张心理的对策:树立自信,培养良好的心理素质;刻苦练习,练就熟练的演奏技巧;争取演奏机会,积累丰富的演奏经验;进行抗干扰训练,提高演奏的稳定性。
Mental tension is a kind of mental state which often occurs in piano performing, and it can limit players to give full play to the normal performance because of its negative influence. This paper analyzes the factors influencing mental tension by using the attribution theory. Some coping strategies are puts forward to overcome nervous psychology: establishing self-confidence, developing excellent psychological quality, practicing hard to acquire skillful playing technique, seeking more opportunities for performing, accumulating rich experience in playing, doing anti- interference training, and improving the stability of playing.
