摘要
虚假广告现象使广告受众将发布虚假广告的媒体送上法庭,导致我国在媒体发布虚假广告法律责任规定方面存在问题。媒体的法律责任是虚假广告中研究的关键内容,当前我国广告监管制度存在很大的问题。构建法律监管制度,建立社会监督体系,加强行业协会的自律,实现对媒体的全面监管。
The phenomenon of false advertising will make the advertisement audience bring false advertising media to court, resulting in problems existing in media legal liability of false advertising in our country. The legal duty of the media is key content of the research in false advertising, and there are serious problems in in current advertising regulatory system in China. The possible solutions are to construct legal supervision system, to set up social supervision system, to strengthen the self-discipline of the industry association, as well as to realize the comprehensive regulation of media.
