摘要
根据自动化采煤技术岗位群的设置以及对岗位群人才的综合能力要求,把17个自动化综采工作面技术岗位分类归纳成四个技术岗位群,以四个技术岗位群的核心职业能力培养为目标,构建"一平台四技术岗位群"课程体系,并通过教学实践形成"基础课必修、专业课选修、技能课团队同修"三段式人才培养模式。在该模式下培养的毕业生能够快速融入自动化综采工作面的生产角色,得到了煤矿生产企业的认可,学生就业率和用人单位满意度显著提高。
According to the setting of the post group of automatic coal mining technology and the comprehensive ability require- ments for the post group talents,the 17 technical posts of fully mechanized coal mining face are classified into four technical post groups.The curriculum system of "one platform andfour technical post groups" is constructedbased on the goal of trainingcore voca- tional abilitiesof the four technical posts groups.Through the teaching practice, the three-stage talentstrainingmode of "basic courses compulsory, professional courses elective, skill courses team initiate" is formed. The graduates who have been trained in this mode can quickly integrate into the production role of the fully mechanized coal mining face, and are recognized by the coal mining enter- prises, thus, the employment rate of the students and the satisfaction degree of the employing units have been improved remarkably.
