摘要
民族地区职业院校新进教师存在学历、职称、学缘、性别、年龄等结构性问题,同时存在职业道德、实践操作技能、教育知识等职业素养问题。针对这些问题,提出增加职业教育的吸引力,设立职业院校新进教师门槛制度,改革职业院校人才引进制度,提高企业参与把新教师培养为"双师型"的积极性,加强职业技术师范院校建设,对民族地区职业院校新进教师采取倾斜政策等措施。
The newly recruited teachers invocational colleges in ethnic minority areas exist in structural problems such as diploma, title,learning-origin,gender and age.At the same time, they exist in professional quality problems such as professional ethics, practi- cal operation skills and education knowledge. According to these problems, the following countermeasures have been proposed: in- creasing the attraction of vocational education,establishing the threshold system of the newly recruited teachers invocational colleg- es,reforming talents introduction system of vocational colleges,improving the enterprise' s initiative of participating in training the new teachersto"double-qualified teachers", strengthening the construction of vocational and technical normal colleges and taking the preferential policy to the newly recruited teachers in vocational colleges in ethnic minority areas,etc.
