摘要
建设高校合唱团,可以使学生的团队精神和艺术能力得到培养,并且能够完成该专业良好形象的树立。所以,高校合唱团将有利于学生在毕业后快速适应工作岗位。从可持续发展的宏观角度分析,高校合唱团的建设应有长效训练管理机制、专业的管理、时新的目标。其发展应列入常规管理项目。
Students＇ team spirit and artistic abilities can be trained by constructing of university chorus to establish a good image of this major, which is benefit for students to adapt various social positions after graduation. The construction of university chorus should establish long-term training management mechanism, professional management and the new target from the macro point to analyze. Its development should be included in the routine management of the project.
