摘要 介绍了一种闭式预锻+半闭式终锻的重卡转向节模锻工艺方案,并通过数值模拟对坯料尺寸、压扁时下压量等工艺参数进行了优化。经过生产试制证明,对于这种新型闭式预锻+半闭式终锻的重卡转向节模锻工艺方法生产的锻件,其锻造流线分布与锻件外形一致性好,材料利用率高,并且有效延长了模具寿命,可为同类枝杈类锻件产品的生产提供借鉴。 This paper introduced a closed pre forging and half closed die forging method for the manufacturing of the steering knuckle.And the process parameters such as stock size,press amount when be flattening and so on were optimized by means of numerical simulation,and after being proved by the trial production,the forging production with the new method had high material utilization ratio,and effectively extended the die life,through which the streamline distribution is consistent with the shape of the forging.It can provide a reference for the manufacturing of branch-like forging piece.
