摘要
目的:探讨非药物干预对社区高血压患者生活质量及血压控制效果的影响。方法:160例社区高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各80例。对照组施行单纯的药物干预治疗;观察组施行药物干预的同时施行非药物干预治疗。结果:干预后,观察组临床护理满意度与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组心力衰竭发生率差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2组患者干预后血压均优于干预前(P<0.01);干预后观察组血压优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针对社区高血压患者,行药物干预的同时施行非药物干预后,与单纯的药物干预相比,提高了患者的生活质量,同时患者血压控制效果也较好,值得推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the effects of non-drug intervention on the quality of life and blood pressure control in community hypertension patients. Methods： One hundred and sixty patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and control group（ 80 cases each group）. The control group and observation group were intervened with drug and drug combined with nondrug,respectively. Results： After drug intervention,the difference of the clinical nursing satisfaction between two groups was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,the difference of the incidence of heart failure between two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The blood pressure in two groups after intervention was better than that before intervention,and the blood pressure in observation group was better than that in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： Compared with the community hypertension patients intervened with single drug,the drug intervention combined with non-drug intervention can improve the quality of life and control blood pressure of patients,which is worthy of use in clinic.
