摘要
为了避免高速环锭细纱机大小纱断头率高的问题,分析钢领板的运动引起气圈张力振动的三个谐波中影响断头最大的钢丝圈运动,揭示钢丝圈是周期性的变速运动,其加速度、惯性力是造成张力波动峰值的主要因素;理论上证明钢领板往复运动在反向时出现突发张力峰值可能是纱线断头的主要原因,提出了解决此问题的建议。
To avoid high breakage rate of high speed ring spinning frame, analysis is done of the ring rail of which the motion results in balloon tension vibration by the three harmonics among which the largest traveler motion has the main effect on the breakage.It proves that the traveler motion is periodic variable motion,the acceleration and inertial force are the main factors causing tension fluctuation peak.Theoretically speaking,in the reciprocating motion of the ring rail in reverse,the sudden tension peak may be the main cause of yarn breakage,and some suggestions to solve the problem are given.
