摘要
针对单相光伏并网逆变器发电系统并网电流质量差、锁相环(PLL)频率跟踪性能差、抗直流干扰能力低的问题,采用锁频环(FLL)与直流控制器相结合的方法,提出一种基于新型二阶广义积分器(SOGI)的单相PLL。结构。所提新型结构将FLL和直流控制器与传统SOGI结构结合,FLL主要实现对输入信号的频率追踪,直流控制器主要提高SOGI结构的抗直流扰动能力。仿真和实验结果表明,该新型结构能有效提高PLL频率跟踪能力,提高锁相精度,有效改善了并网电流质量,降低了谐波污染。同时有效解决了传统PLL抗直流干扰能力低的问题,为并网逆变器的发展起到了促进作用。
In view of the poor quality of the grid-connected current, the poor frequency tracking performance and anti DC disturbance ability in phase-locked loop(PLL) of single-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter power system, a novel single-phase PLL structure based on second-order generalized integrator (SOGI) is presented, which combines frequency-locked loop(FLL) and DC controller.This novel structure is combined with traditional SOGI, FLL mainly realizes the frequency tracking of input signal and DC controller mainly improves anti DC disturbance ability of SOGI. Simulation and experimental results show that the new structure can effectively improve the frequency tracking capability of the PLL, the accuracy of phase-locked, the quality of grid-connected current effectively, and reduce the har- monic pollution.At the same time,it effectively solves the problem that the traditional PLL has low anti DC disturbance ability, and can promote the development of grid-connected inverter.
