摘要
在构建校长教学领导力的七因素模型的基础上,综合运用因子分析与模糊综合评价对,江西省中小学校长教学领导力进行测评。实证测评结果表明:中小学校长教学领导力在"监控学生学习"维度的表现"一般",而在"明确与交流教学目标"、"指导教学"、"督导与评价教学"、"激励学生"、"促进教师专业发展"、"激励教师"维度的表现"较好",总体教学领导力评价也为"较好"。
On the basis of the seven-factor model of principal teaching leadership to be builded,we use factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the teaching leadership of primary and secondary school principals in jiangxi province. Empirical evaluation results show that : the principal teaching leadership of primary and secondary schools in the "monitoring student learning" dimension is general, while "clear and exchange the teaching goal"," teaching guide", "monitoring and evaluation of teaching", "encouraging students", "promote the professional development of teach- ers", "incentive teacher" are "good", and the evaluation of overall teaching leadership is "good".
