摘要
虞坚尔承袭徐氏儿科"小儿以阳气为本,辨证宜严谨,用药当果敢"的特色,将小儿哮喘按三阶序治疗,主张急性发作期降气化痰以定其喘、慢性持续期化痰健脾以固其效、缓解稳定期健脾祛痰以撼其根,且祛瘀与调气贯穿治疗始末,用药时刻以维护正气为要。三期治疗以治喘为纲,治水为常,平调肺脾,化瘀扶正并行。
