摘要
当今世界,日新月异的科技进步与变革开拓了现代教育的新维度,促使"教与学"的环境日益信息化、数据化、生活化。在"互联网+"时代,教育信息化的发展与诉求在催生我国现代教育改革与发展的同时,也对奋斗在教学一线的青年教师们提出了更高的要求。如何在"互联网+"教育的背景下,利用现代教育技术,全方位提高青年教师的信息素养是当前迫切需要解决的问题之一。该文以我国教育信息化改革为导向,以现代化信息技术为依托,分析了"互联网+"时代提升青年教师信息素养的必要性,给出了提升青年教师信息素养的前提条件,系统阐述了青年教师所需掌握的信息素养的内涵及其培养途径与方法,以期为指导一线教学实践、提升人才培养质量等方面提供启示,也为我国实现教育信息化、跻身国际教育新领域提供借鉴。
Nowadays, the continuous development of science and technology opens up a new dimension of modern education, which promotes "teaching and learning" environment to be digitized and life-oriented increasingly. In the "Internet +" Era, with modern education reform and progress in our country, the development and aspiration of educational information demands young teachers who struggle in the forefront of teaching to attain higher requirements. It is one of the urgent problems to be solved in the "Internet +" education environment—how to use modern educational technology to improve the Information Literacy of young teachers in all aspects. This study, oriented by educational information reform in our country and supported by modern information technology, analyzes the necessities of improving young teachers' Information Literacy in the "Internet +" Era, proposes the prerequisites of how to promote young teachers' Information Literacy, elaborates systematically the Information Literacy which young teachers need to grasp and composes the approaches and methods of improving their Information Literacy, aiming to provide enlightenment for guiding teaching practices, enhancing the quality of personnel training, etc., and providing references for our country to achieve educational informationization and to be among a new field of international education as well.
