摘要
目的探讨中西医结合疗法在结节和囊肿型痤疮治疗中的效果。方法选取我院收治的64例结节和囊肿型痤疮患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各32例。对照组采取西医治疗,观察组在西医治疗基础上结合中医治疗。分析对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的临床治疗效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结节和囊肿型痤疮患者采用中西医结合治疗,能改善患者的不良症状,提高治疗效果,应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in nodules and cyst ache. Methods 64 cases of patients with nodules and cyst acne admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on western medicine. The treatment effect of patients was analyzed and compared between two groups. Results The clinical treatment effect of observation group was better than that of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of nodules and cyst acne can improve patients＇ adverse symptoms and treatment effect, with higher application value.
