一种挖掘机作业手柄自动操纵机构的设计与分析

摘要 利用摆动导杆原理将两个摆动导杆机构垂直交叉组合,设计了一种某型挖掘机作业手柄操纵机构。基于Matlab/simulink建立了机构横向摆动过程的数学模型,完成了运动学分析。运用ADAMS软件对手柄操纵机构的操纵工况进行了动力学仿真分析,验证了机构设计的合理性。 The design of the operating mechanism of a certain type of excavator is accomplished by using the principle of the swing guide-bar to cross the two swing guide-bar mechanisms. Based on Matlab/simulink, the mathematical model of the mechanism of lateral swing process is established, and the kinematic analysis is completed. Using ADAMS software, the dynamic simulation analysis of the operating conditions of the handle control mechanism is carried out, and the rationality of mechanism design is verified.
