摘要
通过文献及临床资料整理分析,探讨DPN的中医病名、常见病因病机及主要分型。认为DPN属于消渴变证的"痹证""痿证"范畴,病机主要为阴虚燥热,痰瘀互结,其本质仍为本虚标实。临床常见气阴两虚,瘀血阻络;阴损及阳,阳虚寒凝血瘀;痰瘀阻络;肝肾亏虚四种证型。
through the literature and clinical data analysis,to explore the DPN of the name of Chinese medicine,the common cause of the disease and the main types of syndrome differentiation.That DPN belongs to the diabetes syndrome ＂ arthralgia＂, ＂flaccidity syndrome＂ category,pathogenesis mainly for dryness heat due to deficiency of Yin,phlegm and blood stasis,its essence still is the deficiency in the standard.A common clinical syndrome of deficiency of both qi and Yin,blood stasis;sinister and Yang,Yang deficiency syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis;phlegm and blood stasis,liver and kidney deficiency virtual four syndromes.
