摘要
通过对国内外专业馆员﹑学科馆员制度的形成和发展以及我国高校图书馆人员结构的分析,充分肯定了高校图书馆实行专业馆员和辅助馆员制度的必要性,并进一步提出贯彻实施专业馆员制度应该注意的几个问题。
Based on the analysis of the formation and development of domestic and international professional librarian system and personnel structure in university library, this article fully affirms the necessity of implementing the professional librarian and assistant librarian system of university library, and further puts forward some problems that should be paid attention while implementing professional librarian system.
