摘要
目的了解并分析重庆市主城区老年人群的社区居家养老现况,提出相关对策和发展思路。方法采用问卷调查法,于重庆市主城区内随机抽取1 006名50岁以上的中老年人作为研究对象,针对其养老现状及其对社区居家养老方式的态度进行全面调查。结果仅2.8%的研究对象目前的养老方式为社区居家养老。50.5%的研究对象认为社区居家养老存在"自己照顾不便,发生意外时不能及时得到帮助",43.6%的研究对象认为社区居家养老存在"就医不便,社区医疗服务不能满足需求"。结论社区居家养老是我国养老模式发展的必然趋势。家庭护理与"互联网+"相结合,能保障社区居家养老老年人的养老需求。
Objective To study and analyze the situation of community home care service for the elderly in the urban area, and propose countermeasures and development ideas. Methods Questionnaire method was adopted and 1 006 people aged more than 50 year-old were surveyed as randomly in the urban area in Chongqing. A comprehensive survey about the present situation of community home care service for the elderly in the urban area and the attitude of the elderly was conducted. Results Only 2.8% of questionnaire respondents had com- munity home care service at present; 50.5% of respondents thought the weakness of community home care service was that when self-care is inconvenient or accident happens, people could not get help timely,43.6 respondents considered that it was inconvenient to get medical service from community home care service. Conclusion The development of community home care mode for the elderly is an inevitable trend. Only by combining home care and ＂Internet＋＂, could the demands of the elderly be satisfied.
