摘要
四川青南大道跨达成铁路变高度转体桥原设计方案存在工期滞后、质量不易控制等问题,针对工程特殊性和施工特点,采用整体浇筑两次预应力张拉施工优化方案。分析了优化方案预应力施工工序、控制要点,探讨了支架搭设方案比选、整体浇筑时的注意事项、钢束预应力施加及质量控制方法等。
There are some problems of Sichuan Qingnan Road Dacheng Railway variable height swivel bridge original design scheme, such as project delay, quality control. Aiming to the particularity and construction feature of construction, it uses overall pouring twice prestress tension optimization scheme. It analyzes optimization scheme prestress construction procedure, control keypoint, and discusses the stand set-up scheme comparison and selection, overall pouring attention matters, steel cable prestress and quality control methods and so on.
