摘要
采用无热再生吸附式干燥机,不仅有效降低了空气缓冲罐和相关管道中的水含量,并明显延长了仪表风干燥床的再生周期,取得良好使用效果。由于干燥机再生干燥的耗气量较大,导致空压机频繁加压,能耗和设备损耗较大,通过将缓冲罐中压缩空气引至干燥机入口,并减小再生气量,使得空压机的能耗和设备损耗降低。
The use of heatless regenerative adsorption dryer not only effectively reduces the water content in the air buffer tank and the related pipeline,but also significantly extends the regeneration cycle of instrument air drying beds,achieving good results. Because of the large amount of gas consumption,the air compressor is frequently compressed. The energy consumption and equipment loss are also large. By introducing the compressed air in the buffer tank into the dryer inlet and reducing the regeneration gas,the air compressor equipment and energy loss are reduced.
