摘要
目的通过对比,分析普通高校与重点大学学生在食品安全知识、态度和消费行为方面的差异。方法分别抽取嘉应学院531名大学生和中山大学524名学生进行问卷调查。结果中山大学学生食品安全知识的认知状况不比嘉应学院大学生好,两所高校大学生在食品安全形势评价、主动搜寻食品安全信息和知识方面的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。中山大学学生对食堂非常放心的比例高于嘉应学院,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。嘉应学院学生根据环境卫生及食品安全程度选择用餐地点的比例高于中山大学学生,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论与嘉应学院学生相比,中山大学学生在食品安全知识、态度和行为方面没有明显优势,原因是绝大部分学生并未受过食品安全教育,建议两所高校对大学生开展食品安全教育。
Objective To investigate knowledge-attitude -practice (KAP) of food safety between undergraduates from key university and ordinary universitiy. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 524 undergraduates from Sun Yat-sen University and 531 undergraduates from Jiaying university. Results Food safety knowledge of undergraduates in Sun Yat-sen University was not better than that in Jiaying university. There were no difference in food safety assessment and actively seek food safety knowledge between among the studeneis between the two colleges (P 〉 0.05). Undergraduates in Sun Yat-sen university were more assured of the cafeteria than undergraduates in Jiaying college, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Undergraduates in Jiaying university who choosed dining place based on environmental hygiene and food safetywere better than undergraduates in Sun Yat-sen university, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.000). Conclusion Compared with the undergraduates in Jiaying college, The knowledge-attitude-practice (KAP) of food safety of the undergraduates in Sun Yat-sen university is not better than that of undergraduates in Jiaying college, because most of undergraduate students in Yat-sen university did not receive food safety education. Both Yat-sen university and Jiaying university should carry out food safety education among undergraduates.
