摘要
在当今知识大爆发的时代,知识更新速度与日俱增,如何有效获取知识并且利用知识提高组织运作效率、达成组织目标是值得深入研究的一项课题,如何有效对组织进行知识管理也是现今专家们进行研究的重点之一,组织的知识网络也是研究的热点。在社会组织中,不同的组织成员因为所处的环境不同,具备不同的知识,不同层次上的主体接触的信息不同决定了其掌握着其他层次主体所无法获取的信息,讨论知识网络中各主体的管理层级性质,是研究组织中知识网络的一个全新的研究着眼点,对于知识管理与共享有着积极意义。
now the world is in the era of knowledge explosion, the speed of knowledge updating increases every day. How to acquire knowledge effectively and how to use knowledge to improve operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals, it is a subject worthy of further study. In social organizations, different members of the organization have different knowledge because of their different environment. At the same time, the information they can obtain is determined by their working and living environment. It is of great significance for the knowledge management and sharing to discuss the nature of the management level in the knowledge network.
