特厚煤层综放工作面区段煤柱合理宽度 被引量:4

摘要 为合理确定煤柱合理宽度实现煤矿安全高效生产,以酸刺沟煤矿6上煤层的6上107辅运顺槽与6上109胶运顺槽之间的区段煤柱宽度研究为工程背景,采用煤柱载荷估算法、煤柱宽度塑性理论计算法,得出煤柱合理宽度范围应该为20.8~29.5m;再根据数值模拟对比分析不同宽度煤柱的塑性破坏范围变化、围岩应力变化,确定合理煤柱宽度为25~30m.同时在分析煤柱宽度理论公式计算和数值模拟缺点和不足的基础上,制订了在6上111胶运顺槽进行工程试验的方案,采用支护受力监测仪、围岩监测仪现场监测锚杆锚索受力情况及巷道围岩的变形量,最终确定区段煤柱留设的合理宽度,该研究结果对类似开采条件下确定区段煤柱合理宽度具有重要意义. It is the key to remain segment pillars with reasonable width to continue the safety mining of thick coal seam fully-mechanized sublevel caving mining working face. This paper took segment coal pillar width between auxiliary transport roadway on the coal seam on upper 6-107 and upper 6-109 transport roadway at Suancigou coal mining as study case, utilized the method of load estimation of coal pillar and the method of coal pillar width of the plasticity theory calculation, and concluded that the reasonable coal pillar width should be between 20.8 m and 29.5 m; then based on the numerical simulation analysis of different width of coal pillar plastic damage scope changes, the surrounding rock stress changes, the reasonable coal pillar width was determined to be 25 ~ 30 m. At the same time, considering the shortcomings and insufficiency of theoretical formula calculation and numerical simulation analysis on the coal pillar width, this study proposed to carry out the engineering testing on the upper 6-111 along the roadway, and the reasonable segment pillar width was determined eventually by monitoring the supporting force, the surrounding rock of roadway surrounding rock stress distribution and deformation of bolt anchor cable. This study provides the guidance for the determination of reasonable coal pillar width under similar mining conditions.
