摘要 为研究刨煤机系统工作特点,将刨煤机系统简化为纵向振动的连续模型,建立了刨煤机纵向波动方程,根据双端驱动刨煤机系统特点,确定了稳定工况下的波动方程边界条件、衔接条件及初始条件,采用分离变量法对稳定工况下波动方程进行求解,获得了方程的解析解.研究结果表明:通过对得到稳定工况下刨煤机各点位移,速度及张力变化特性与有限元法及实验进行对比分析,振动规律一致,验证了模型的准确性. In order to study the working characteristics of the plough,The coal plough system was simplified as longitudinal vibration continuous model. The wave equation of coal plough was established. The boundary conditions, joining conditions and initial condition of wave equation under stable running were determined according to the feature of double drive coal plough. The wave equation was solved by separation of variables. The analytical solution of equation was obtained. The results show that the stability condition is obtained by the plough under each point displacement, velocity and tension variation features compared with finite element method and experiment analysis, the law of vibration is accordance, accuracy of model is verified.
