摘要
目的分析在手术室护理中应用细节护理对手术室护理安全性提升的作用。方法采用抽签分组方式对2015年1月~2016年1月收治66例手术患者进行分组研究,即对照组和实验组,每33例患者为1组,将常规护理干预应用于对照组患者护理中,而实验组患者的护理方法则为细节护理,将两组患者的护理效果进行分析和对比。结果相较于对照组患者,实验患者的护士配合技能评分、仪器设备评分、器械准备评分及消毒隔离评分均明显较高,同时护理满意度明显较高,各项差异对比均P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论在手术室护理中应用细节护理具有明显的护理效果,对手术室护理安全性提升具有重要的作用,在临床护理中值得应用推广。
Objective Analysis on the effect of application of detail nursing in operation room nursing to improve the safety of nursing. Methods A group of 66 patients with surgery in our hospital during the period from January 2016 to January 2015 were divided into groups by using the method of drawing lots and grouping, Control group and experimental group, Each of the 33 patients was 1 groups, the routine nursing intervention was applied to the control group, while the experimental group of patients with nursing methods for the details of care, the nursing effect of the two groups were ana- lyzed and compared. Results Compared to the control group patients,nurses＇ coordination skills score,rating of instru- ment and equipment, equipment preparation score and disinfection and isolation scores were significantly higher, at the same time, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher, all the differences were compared with P 〈 0. 05, there is statisti- cal significance. Conclusions Nursing care in the application of detailed nursing care has obvious effect, has an impor- tant role to improve the safety of nursing in operation room, worthy of application and promotion in clinical nursing.
