摘要
高职院校思想政治教育在教学对象、教学资源等方面有一定的特殊性,教学活动的展开应结合实际情况进行。当前,高职院校思想政治教育存在教学形式化、实践教学不足等问题,这些问题产生的主要原因是高职院校对思想政治教育不重视、资源缺乏、实践教学评价缺位。高职院校需要加强学校、教师、学生各个层面的思想政治教育意识;合理利用学校现有专业优势、实践基地、校园文化、教师等资源,吸纳地方文化,争取和更多高校共享资源,增加高职院校思想政治教育资源保障;通过学校考核指标调整,增加学生的实践考核和长期考核等,完善思想政治教育评价体系。
The ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges has a certain particularity in terms of teaching objects and resources and therefore, the teaching must be carried out in combination with the actual situation. Currently in the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, there exist such problems as formalization of teaching and insufficient practice teaching, and the reasons for these mainly stem from less attention to the ideological and political education, lack of resources and practice teaching evaluation. To solve the above problems, higher vocational colleges should strengthen the consciousness of the ideological and political education at every level of school, teachers and students; rationally use such resources as the existing professional advantage of school,practice base, campus culture and teachers, absorb the local culture and try to share resources with more colleges to increase the resource guarantee of the ideological and political education in vocational colleges; perfect the evaluation of the ideological and political education by adjusting the assessment index and increasing the practical and long-term evaluation of students.
