摘要
目的:观察补肾疗法联合常规西药治疗早期先兆流产(肾虚型)的效果,进一步确定其价值。方法:采用随机对照法,将阳江市中医医院收治的73例肾虚型先兆流产患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组37例,对照组36例。对照组采用固肾安胎丸联合西药治疗,观察组采用补肾疗法联合西药治疗,比较两组治疗成效。结果:观察组总有效率为92.54%,对照组为74.52%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾疗法联合常规西药治疗早期先兆流产(肾虚型)有明显效果,并且安全性高,用药安全。
Objective Bushen therapy combined with conventional western medicine treatment of early threatened abortion,and further determine its value. Methods Randomized controlled method,73 cases of kidney Threatened abortion patients divided into observation group and control group. Observation group 37 patients,36 patients in the control group.
