摘要
为筛选出可用于星天牛生物防治的高致病力菌株,测定了8株球孢白僵菌菌株(Bb Ma A-01、Bb MQ-04、Bb MQ-07、Bb QZ-01、Bb QZ-02、Bb YXTR-03、Bb TK-02、Bb XJ-11)的生长速度和产孢量及其对星天牛幼虫的致病力。结果表明:不同球孢白僵菌菌株的生长速度、产孢量和对星天牛幼虫致病力差异十分显著。采用浸渍法接种15 d后,不同球孢白僵菌菌株对星天牛幼虫累计致死率(幼虫死亡率)在70%~100%之间,其中Bb XJ-11、Bb QZ-02菌株对幼虫的累计死亡率最高,均达100%;且接种后星天牛幼虫的僵虫率(感染率)也分别高达90%、80%;致死中时(LT50)较短,分别为5.38 d、5.83d。研究结果表明Bb XJ-11、Bb QZ-02菌株对星天牛幼虫的致病力较强,同时2个菌株的生长速度快、产孢量高,故可作为防治星天牛的优良菌株加以推广应用。
For screening high virulence strains against Anoplophora chinensis larvae, biological characteristics of 8 Beauveria bassiana strains (BbMaA-01 ,BbMQ-04, BbMQ-07, BbQZ-01, BbQZ-02, BbYXTR-03, BbTK-02, BbXJ-11 ) and their virulence to larvae of A. chinensis were investigated. The results showed that there were significant differences in hyphal growth, sporulation and virulence among different strains. The mortality rates of the larvae were between 70% and 100% 15 days after inoculation. And the mortality rates inoculated with BbXJ-11 and BbQZ-02 were 100% which were significantly higher than those inoculated with other strains. The muscardine cadaver rates of larvae inoculated with these two strains were also highest,which were 90% and 80%, respectively. The median lethal time (LT50) of BbXJ-11 and BbQZ-02 were 5.38 days and 5.83 days, respectively, which were significantly shorter than those of other strains. The results showed that BbXJ-11 and BbQZ-02 strains had higher virulence to A. chinensis larvae, and could be chosen as efficient biocontrol agents.
