摘要
目的：探讨护士优化健康教育对减少原发性高血压病老年患者血压及心血管事件的评估效果。方法：纳入我院2013年2月~2016年2月确诊为原发性高血压病老年患者100例,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上实施护士优化健康教育。随访6个月,观察原发性高血压病老年患者血压疗效的评估情况,包括指标的改善情况、心血管事件发生情况及依从性。结果：采取护士优化健康教育的观察组心血管事件发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。干预后观察组的血压控制效果优于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗过程中的依从性高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：对原发性高血压病老年患者实施护士优化健康教育可以明显减少心血管事件,改善血压,提高治疗依从性,效果优于常规护理干预。
Objective： To discuss the evaluation effect of nurse optimization health education on reducing the blood pressure and cardiovascular events of the elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods： Selected 100 cases of the elderly patients with essential hypertension definitely diagnosed in the period from February 2013 to February 2016 were selected,and equally divided into control group and observation group at random,in which,the patients from the control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the patients from the observation group received nurse optimization health education on the basis of that to the control group. Six- months follow- up visit to these two groups was arranged,to observe the conditions of evaluation on blood pressure of the elderly patients with essential hypertension,including the index improvement conditions,cardiovascular event occurrence and compliance conditions.Results： The observation group to which nurse optimization health education was offered had a significantly lower cardiovascular event occurrence rate than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the intervention,the observation group was superior to the control group in blood pressure control effect（ P〈0. 05）.The observation group had a higher compliance than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05） in the therapeutic process. Conclusion： Through implementation of nurse optimization health education to the elderly patients with essential hypertension,their cardiovascular events could be significantly reduced,blood pressure could be improved,and treatment compliance would also be increased. Therefore,it was superior to the conventional nursing in effect.
