摘要
为了实现疏解的单板木束能够呈现纵向纤维不断裂、粗细较均匀的形态,进而为制成强度高、规格大并具有天然木材纹理结构的新型重组木提供优质原料,对重组木辗压疏解机的工作原理进行分析,并在此基础上分析影响单板辗压疏解质量的主要因素,得出单板的辗入基本条件为单板与疏解辊之间的摩擦角φ要大于等于单板的起始抓取角,为α,疏解辊的最大辊压厚度为△B=11.228mm,并对均布加载的单板进行受力分析,为重组木辗压疏解机的设计提供基本理论依据。
